After I was hit by a drunk driver while parked out of state, State Farm charged me high premiums yet gave me minimal support. She ignored me, and State Farm refused to replace the glass with the original part, meaning my car will now lose value. I pay for premium coverage — what kind of business refuses to do its job while the customer takes the loss? This makes zero sense. It feels like fraud.
